    Exactly What Does Your Biosignature Assessment Involve?

    There are 12 major bodyfat sites that need to be quickly and accurately tested with a high quality skin caliper.

    This includes assessment of the following hormones:
    Stress hormones (Cortisol)
    Insulin
    Androgen’s (testosterone) and Growth Hormones
    Thyroid
    Estrogen

    Optimal results are also dependent on the following initial tests.
    1. Sleep questionnaire,
    2. Stomach acid-test
    3. MTHFR deficiency test (66% of the population has this defective gene)

    These 3 assessments effect your bodies ability to burn bodyfat at an accelerated rate.

    Once the Biosignature sites are analyzed, the next step is to prescribe a specific protocol of diet, exercise and supplementation.

    A good BioSignature Practitioner is a body composition specialist who is skilled at
    reading the messages your body is sending and then translating those messages into information that is both useful and easy-to-apply for YOU.

    Every element of your BioSignature assessment is completed to exact specifications
    and therefore results in a highly individualized outcome. You will be given strategies and protocols that are results-based and geared exactly to your body’s requirements.

    You may have personal goals such as gaining muscle size, improving definition, or perhaps ridding yourself of digestive upset, and these are also taken into account.

    You will receive a detailed report after your assessment and it contains all the
    information you need to know to take back control of your biochemistry, your hormones,your aesthetics, and your life.

    Your report includes the following personalized information:

Factors such as your willingness to follow instructions are certainly paramount to success, but so are some things which may be outside of your control. For example, the type and duration of your hormonal imbalance, how much and what type of exercise you can do, lifestyle and stress issues, and your ability to access and prepare whole food.

    In my professional experience and judging from the feed back of Biosignature
    practitioners I have spoken to world wide, 99% of clients achieve expected results within 12 weeks and most within as little as a few days. To give you a further idea, I have had clients lose as much as 9% body fat in 4 weeks, or get back into a pair of jeans from years ago in as little as 5 weeks.

    This is up to the individual and we will discuss your program in the first session. The Biosignature Modulation is a 12 week program with weekly accountability and biosignature measurements.

    Many clients also work with me on an individual basis. Depending on your exercise experience, you may need me to take you through your exercise program or recommend a qualified trainer in your area to assist you.

    Remember, this program is about losing 1% Fat per week. In order to get maximal results, you must adhere to the exact recommendations prescribed in your protocol.

    Depending on the amount of fat you need to lose, you may need to continue with the program until your desired fat % is achieved. I find most clients need to stay on the program for 12 weeks to get their desired results.
